The terms that apply when you book our services.

These terms and conditions apply to services provided by Franco's Mobile Mechanic. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if the job differs once we inspect your vehicle. We will always seek your approval before carrying out any additional work or charging extra costs.

Bookings and call-outs

We service vehicles at your home, workplace or roadside across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. A call-out fee may apply depending on your location and the type of service. Any fee will be confirmed before you commit.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, card, EFTPOS and bank transfer.

Workmanship

Our work is carried out by a qualified mechanic to a high standard. Repairs are backed by a workmanship guarantee. Ask Franco for details at the time of booking. Parts are covered by the relevant manufacturer or supplier warranty.

Logbook servicing

Logbook services are carried out to manufacturer specifications using quality parts and oils, so your new-car warranty remains valid.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your vehicle. Some major repairs cannot be completed safely on-site and may need a workshop. We will advise you if this is the case.

Liability

We take care on every job, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
